How the program Works:

• When a prospect customer arrives at the service bays, the Service Advisors will inspect the vehicle for Windshield Damage, Interior Damage, Paint Damage, Key Scratches, Headlight Haziness, Scratched Rims and Cracked or Scuffed Bumpers. At that time, the Service Advisor will offer the customer, any of ColorMate’s Advantage Service Programs.

• This can only be done when the customer leaves their vehicle in for scheduled service. ColorMate will work with the dealer and service advisors to assist the customer in getting these repairs done, because their vehicles also deserve a new look.

• ColorMate Associates will train the service advisors to identify, provide estimates and sell these services to the customer. ColorMate will provide all marketing material needed to sell the jobs.

• These jobs can only be done on premises, so the dealer will provide the space for ColorMate’s Certified Technicians to work on. These services will be provided as part of the scheduled service appointment the customer agreed with the Service Advisor. What are the benefits to the dealer:
